This is a really great Updater. It uses UpdateKit’s dictionary, and it’s very optimized, but there is a bit room for improvement, such as you shouldn’t have text right before the Shortcut exits, and when the Shortcut checks for Old Shortcut Info, it shouldn’t be If Equals 0>Otherwise>(Shortcut), it should be If Greater Than 0>(Shortcut). My main worry about it is future update support. Ultimate Power Mode just lost support for Update Checker, which isn’t a good sign. Otherwise, great Updater!

Hi Zachary. The text before the exit action enables the person running the Shortcut see if the Shortcut worked or not by getting the output. Also I can add this updater back into Ultimate Power Mode if you like.
Also the if equals 0 part is if a dictionary was inputted to the Shortcut, not to see if the version number is higher. That is a separate part in the Shortcut

Thanks for replying! While the Equals 0 part is for when the shortcut checks for input, it still works with If Greater Than 0>(Shortcut), and will save an action. Also, I noticed some more optimizations, which you can see here: https://www.icloud.com/shortcuts/5459d154d259451a9367437b15500564 Although, I am still wondering: Will this get updated, or is this the last version? Either way, thanks for replying!

Thanks for the comment. I saw that you tried to improve on my Shortcut but it doesn’t make that much of a difference so I’m deciding to keep it as it is. For now I don’t think that further updates will be pushed until iOS 13 comes out and I will improve this Shortcut based on the new actions given. Thank you for trying to improve this Shortcut. (A little tip, if you want to share Shortcut links on this feedback section then you should first shorten it using bit.ly or something else because it
