This shortcut is still in beta.

This shortcut is designed to take long videos and convert them into smaller snippets, which allows for posting on social media stories. The resulting videos are high resolution and have no watermark.

This routine uses the online-convert API to snip your video, as the current Shortcuts app doesn’t allow for methodical trimming of clips. That said, this routine is limited in processing time by the upload speed and conversion time of the raw video. These change significantly with the size and compression of the file.
