IOS13 can only import shortcuts through iCloud public links! Https://www.icloud.com/shortcuts/? The part of "?" should be the name. Do you know how to compile it? To achieve batch creation of public links

Yes, the way you receive your iCloud shortcut links is by, going in shortcuts, going to the coding of the shortcut, and pressing on the share icon, and by press create iCloud link.

Hope to release more shortcuts for iOS 13. Now iOS 13 has forbidden calling files from iCloud. It's depressing.
