Welcome to Test Updater Speed!

This shortcut is basically Test Speed, but for updaters. Test Speed tests how fast the shortcut is when tapped, not checking for updates, so I made this.

Dictionary Support:

Test Updater Speed works for the following updater dictionaries: QuickUpdate Dictionary, LightningUpdate’s Dictionary, Swing Updater’s Dictionary, Control Centre Update’s Dictionary, Infinite Updater’s Dictionary, and SwiftUpdate's Dictionary. If you want me to port more dictionaries, tell me in the comment section!

Thanks for your feedback! Test Updater’s Speed has been updated to have Control Centre Update’s, or Demon Updater’s Dictionary for iOS 12.

You have a problem with Swing Dictionary type and I found the problem. Here is the LightningUpdate dictionary for example: https://i.imgur.com/YKXufjY And the Swing Updater dictionary: https://i.imgur.com/s7Ix57u I think that you put the wrong Magic Variable on the version key.

I don’t have iOS 13, so I’m not sure if this will work but my recommendation if TUS works fine and TS doesn’t, remove Round Decimal, and just make the alert show Calculate.

for some reason the run time results are extremely inaccurate since updating to iOS 13. For example: my average test speed for QuickUpdate—on iOS 12—was 0.79s and now—on iOS 13—I'm getting ~ 30+ sec. run times using the same device and Wi-FI network.

That’s awfully strange... maybe it has something to do with QuickUpdate not being supported on iOS 13, so strange behaviors in speed and stability may occur with it. Does it happen for updaters that support iOS 13?

Yes, tested with the current, iOS 13-compatible versions of UpdateKit, LightningUpdate, & Swing Updater. Speed results for all of them are considerably slower than their respective averages I recorded on iOS 12.

Ah, okay. It's an iOS 13 issue. TUS isn't compatible with 13 yet. I'll contact some people and see if there is a fix.
