Nice compilation :-)
A few details and comments:
● There is a typo in the initial question: "core" → "code"
● I would change country/region from "United States" to "Ask When Run"
● You could delete the repeated actions "Create QR Code" and "Quick Look" leaving just one at the end
● Also, the error protection level could be customizable by the user

Thanks for the feedback I’ll make some of those adjustments. I’m still pretty new with shortcuts so there will be some errors lol.
