Pass in a QR code image, select one from Photos, or take a photo and you can preview it safely before executing anything.

This was built because I was getting annoyed at my phone launching URLs from QR code’s without showing me what it would be doing. Also, I wanted to have wider support in iOS for scanning QR codes from images.
