Blood Pressure List

Reads Systolic and Diastolic BP for the past x (user specified) days from the Health app and shows the list ready to save to the Notes app.

Must allow access to read Blood Pressure Sys and Dia in Health app from iOS settings app. These settings are at the very bottom of the Blood Pressure in Health app.
