NOTE: ToolBoxPro a free app is also a required app, but the Routine Hub doesn't currently support adding it.
My Bills allows you to quickly add and view your bills
The script currently expects bills to be on their own calendar with the bill amount in the notes field.

Not sure which device you were using in the example output above, but the Scriptable uitableview result is showing incomplete dates & dollar amounts on my iPhone 11.. (note: see my reply to your post in r/Shortcuts for an example screenshot of the output I’m getting)
