The numbers on the bottom of the graph are days. 0 is the most recent day (usually yesterday). The numbers are downloaded fresh each time you run the shortcut. The data is updated at least once a day by JHU or coronadatascraper.com depending on which dataset you select.

There's a new version of the shortcut that should fix this for most countries. But let me know if you run into problems because I haven't tested all countries yet.

Can you give me some more information about which location is failing? The shortcut seems to be working correctly for me at this time.

Happens for any location I choose. I’m still on iOS 13.3, could that be the issue?

I'm really sorry you are having this problem. I guess it could be the iOS version but I can't verify that right now. Also, make sure you are using the latest Charty beta through the TestFlight app.

I was able to reproduce this error when a location has only one day of data. Charty requires at least two days of data. I have added an informational message to the shortcut. I'm hoping this is what you ran into.

That’s awesome that you keep me in mind. I miss being able to use this shortcut. I am now getting the message you added, but for every location I try. I really think it may be an iOS 13.3 related issue. Thank you for trying!

You know, you may be able to use the old version. Try version 0.6.3. It doesn't have all the new features but it does still work. Just hit "later" when it asks you to upgrade to the latest version. https://routinehub.co/download/15997

Tried as far back as 0.6.0, but Charty isn’t receiving any data to chart. The scraper url pasted into Safari retrieves the JSON just fine.

There’s a problem in Spain aggregate data since version 0.80. You can’t choose cases, deaths... so no chart is gotten.

Thanks for pointing that out. The problem was missing data from the Corona Data Scraper source. It looks like they fixed the problem this morning. I also published a new version that may workaround the problem if it happens again in the future.

This one has me stumped because it's working for me. Can you tell me if other locations have the problem? You can also try resetting the shortcut under "More". That will force a new database download.

i updated my iOS to 13.4.1and that fixed the issue of not plotting the data! however, now when the data is plotted, all of it has the same x value data. here is the video https://imgur.com/a/eNl66lc

I notice that the dates are wrong too but I'm not sure what that means. It also seems to be plotting very quickly compared to my phone so that makes me think it's a problem with the shortcut, not Charty. It wouldn't hurt to make sure you're on the latest version of Charty though. I'll keep trying to reproduce the problem.

this is one of the best, in my my opinion, & Charty is great!! I just really wish we had the option to save default settings (graph style, duration, etc.) So I don't have to be edited every time ..

The most recent version should remember your chart style, plot length and scale. Please me know if you run into issues. And thanks for the idea!

Not enough data to plot. Location must have 2 or more days worth of data. Everywhere displays this regardless of what I choose. Downloaded the shortcut today and the Charty app from the App Store today.

Could you try resetting the shortcut in the "More" menu? That will force a new download of the database.

Didn’t help :(
Tried deleting charts as well from the More menu.
No rush! Just reporting stuff :)

The only other thing I can think of is the iOS version. One other person reported upgrading iOS solved this particular problem. But that's a lot of trouble for something that may or may not work.

I don't believe the database provided by Corona Data Scraper has a global aggregate unfortunately.
