With Quiz Lock, apps that you open mindlessly now become educational.

Every time you open a distracting app, Quiz Lock takes you to Shortcuts to answer a multiple-choice question from a list you provide.

If you get it wrong, Quiz Lock shows you the correct answer and asks you another question. When you answer a question correctly, Quiz Lock switches back into the app you opened initially, and you can browse to your heart’s content.

For Quiz Lock to work, it must be configured with a personal automation for each app you “lock.” Instructions for how to do this are provided in the shortcut.
