Shortcut will create a Mobile Configuration Profile which will trigger a VPN connection for specific URLs only All other URLs will use the standard connection.

And another VPN connection using the same credentials for being permanently connected.

Due to later "maybe" required updates, the shortcut installation will request you during installation to provide VPN details. (VPN Server, Username, Password, Groupe Name, Shared Secret) The profile needs to be installed after creation: Settings =>General=>Profile.
