Dictate to WhatsApp allows you to use Siri or the Siri Shortcuts App/Widget to dictate with your voice a message. It will load up a Dictate Voice Sheet and then proceed to Whatsapp and ask you who you want to deliver the message too. You also have the option to edit your dictated response if there are any imperfections.
