Description
PromoKit creates clickable buttons that are linked to your social media channels. All users have to do is click the button to open the respective channel. PromoKit is great for support tickets, feature requests, likes, follows, and more.

This is more of a proof of concept. I will be implementing changes to the icon choices including ability to choose between animated and static icons, ability to add custom icons from photo library, as well as adding additional color choices and adding additional channel options including personal websites in v1.1. Edits are currently in progress. Animated icons on vCard for channel selection are already included, but user must manually swap the vCard with the current default [static] vCard text within PromoKit. I will be pushing an update shortly in which all icons are transparent. Future updates will allow user to choose between transparent and non-transparent icons.

I really like the concept, and I’ll give it another go, but I have a request — I know this is a problem generally with all Shortcuts, but it can quite aggravating to spend 3-4 minutes writing out a “full description,” only to realize upon hitting enter that the Shortcut is long dead, having timed out while you were entering the requested input.
And that means whatever you’ve written is vapor. Is there another approach? Save state to file and restart when the input is ready on the clipboar?
