Backups are stored as .tar files. The backup includes the sort order so your shortcuts can be restored in the same order. Requires the Scriptable app to restore.

This is my absolute favorite backup manager and it is still my go to! But could you please update it to iOS 13? The backup function seems fine, but there’s really no way to test it because the restore function is broken, probably because you can’t import .shortcut files anymore.
