Don’t change the topic and tell me how am i storing shortcuts on github server.
Github only supports html,css and javascript.
And they are all client-side.
So there is no clear way that you can store files on github without doing it yourself.

No. There is a difference between programming languages that you can use on GitHub (which are 10 different languages, not just the 3 you wrote) and what you can store on it. You don't even have a basic grasp on what GitHub is: a hosting service for repos. You just want access to other people's shortcuts. Just download them from here, and give up making hosting managers. This is your third try already.
