Post to Instagram allows you to select a photo to upload to Instagram from the Photos App. It allows you access to all your folders in the Photos App. Once you confirm your choice you will be taken to the Instagram app, from here you will have the choice to upload the photo to your Instagram Story or upload as a normal post.
