Thanks to simplifications in 1.0.1, version 2.0 now supports more ways to merge. Now you can type ‘fullname’ to return a contacts full name, and ‘formalname’ to return names formatted like “Mr. Anderson”.

formalname REQUIRES that you fill out the prefix field in contacts, otherwise you will only get the last name with an extra space at the front.
