when I type the number and execute the shortcut of the error, show me this Alert - You have not entered a valid input

Thank you so much!! I’ve been looking for this shortcut a long time. I am a recruiter so I need to whatsapp a lot of candidates but I don’t want to save their numbers everytime because some candidates don’t reply or some are not qualify for the job. So this one helps me to quickly chat them. Thaanks!
Just one question, why it needs access to my contacts?
