Hi, is there any chance you could add these options: 1. Turn on All homekit devices, and 2. Play your favorite morning news podcast or rss news feed ... these would make this exactly what I'm looking for. It's an excellent Shortcut as it is but I'd love those extra features. I wish I knew how to add them myself but I'm new to shortcuts.

Awesome! I'll give you a thousand thank you's if you do ha. I just purchased a Homepod and if you add these features to the Shortcut it will work brilliantly with it.

Hi, I set all fields to true in the Dictionary and this is what happened when I ran the shortcut (all homekit devices turned on however) https://i.imgur.com/dLpMwLi_d.jpg?maxwidth=640&shape=thumb&fidelity=medium

Thanks again.
I know what the issue is, I think.
I'm using it for the Homepod.
When it reports the day and weather it's reported in text in the recipe (if that's what you call it), so it stops on the homepod.
Wouldn't it need speech for all of it to work on the homepod?
In this audio file I say "My Morning" to trigger Good Morning, the Homekit devices turn on ... have a listen ...

I don't own a HomePod, but it works fine on my iPhone. Try this shortcut and see if it reads the variables or just the text.

I ran the Homepod test and SIRI returned "Running your Shortcut" then silence, then "You'll need to continue on your iPhone". If you cannot make it work with the Homepod due to not having one, I completely understand. I appreciate all the help so far.
