This shortcut can be used in conjunction with SOUNDY - Encode & Share or any shortcut or app that places encoded content in the clipboard.

Tests

This shortcut was tested using iOS 13.3 Public beta 2 on an iPad Pro 10.5" and an iPhone 8 Plus.
