This will notify loved ones when you are on your way and when to expect you including your current location.

You can configure this to notify one or more people by:

• Messages
• Email

Facebook Messenger and Hangouts have been deprecated. If they mean a lot you, let me know.

Email and Messages are automatic. Your message will just be sent.

You can now send an eta messages to multiple people in one go.

One time configuration

You have to configure this shortcut before use.

You must have one or more contacts set up in the shortcut before using it. that can be either Messages/SMS or email.

There are two dictionaries. One for email and one for Messages/SMS. There is no limit to the number of contacts you can add but each contact must be a separate entry in one of the dictionaries.

Messages contacts

Enter a name for a contact that you want to be able to send ETA messages to below. Include "messages" in the Key like, "Mom (messages)" and a phone number or email associated with that person's Messages account where they get texts in the Value section.

email contacts

Enter a name for a contact that you want to be able to send ETA messages to below. Include "messages" in the key like, "Mom (email)" and an email associated with that person in the value section.

This shortcut includes Embed-a-Update, so it requires no external shortcuts or resources like UpdateKit. Embed-a-Update is also very fast. Enjoy.
