This shortcut aims to be a systematic offloading system separate from backups to free clutter in the Shortcuts App and Create links and Archives of Offloaded shortcuts with a searchable links list in Bear and Notes. It also produces a list of shortcuts offloaded to delete from your app. Your offloaded shortcuts will be available whenever you need them using this system.
Redundancy and a degree of obsessiveness are included and this is intentional.
The Bear and Notes link lists ensure no data is lost and importantly that your offloaded shortcuts are where they should be.
A "To Delete" list is generated in Bear (appears as checklist) and Notes to ensure you delete offloaded shortcuts from your app.
Quality and Reliability of the Offloading System is a priority over new features
