The Intermittent Fasting shortcut is designed to allow you track your fasting window without the need for an app. This shortcut makes use of built-in Apple tools to help you create simple, manageable reminders for when to end your fast.

Intermittent Fasting allows you to select from the following options to mark the end of your fast:

  • Alarms - set an alarm for the end of your fast and deactivate any existing alarms created by this shortcut.
  • Timers - start a timer for the length of your fast.
  • Reminders - create a reminder with a notification for the end of your fast
